Recensión del informe de la OCDE: “The 2012 labour market reform in Spain: a preliminary assessment”
Abstract
En diciembre de 2013, la OCDE publicó un informe (OCDE, 2013)[1]cuyo objetivo era ofrecer una primera evaluación del impacto de la reforma laboral aprobada por el gobierno español en febrero de 2012 (RDL 3/2012, de 10 de febrero, posteriormente tramitado como Ley 3/2012, de 6 de julio, de medidas urgentes para la reforma del mercado laboral). En aquel año, es decir, poco más de doce meses después de ser aprobada, aparecieron varios intentos de evaluación del impacto del conjunto de medidas adoptadas en dicha reforma sobre las principales magnitudes del mercado de trabajo
